How to Apply Cream Eyeshadow Primer:

• Use fingertips, an eyeshadow brush, or liner brush to apply and blend. If using as primer, allow to set before applying more colour.
• To remove, apply waterproof makeup remover, gently massage in circular motions, and rinse with water.​

How do I use cream eyeshadow?
Cream eyeshadows are very easy to use. apply a small amount of eyeshadow to the eyelid with a damp eyeshadow brush or your finger. You can also use a concealer brush to blend the eyeshadow into the crease for a smoky look. Be sure to blend the eyeshadow well to avoid any harsh lines, and use a damp brush or your ring finger to soften any edges. To achieve a long-lasting look, set the eyeshadow with a light dusting of powder eyeshadow or setting powder.

Do you need eyeshadow primer with cream eyeshadow?
Although you can use an eyeshadow primer with cream eyeshadow for extra hold, you don’t necessarily have to. Especially with e.l.f.'s No Budge cream eyeshadow, it is an eye primer, eyeshadow, and eyeliner all in one.
